Frequently Asked Questions

What is progress monitoring?

Scheduled aerial site visits on a recurring cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with a written report and dated, geo-tagged photos. Each visit produces a deliverable that documents what has changed since the last visit.

How is it different from time-lapse?

Time-lapse uses a fixed camera that runs continuously and produces a video compilation. Progress monitoring uses scheduled visits with a structured report, ideal for stakeholders who want dated photo sets, not a video.

What does the deliverable look like?

A stakeholder-ready PDF with dated and geo-tagged photos, a written narrative describing what changed since the last visit, and the raw image archive. A private share link for stakeholders.

How quickly do you deliver?

48-hour turnaround on every visit. If a stakeholder needs the report sooner, same-day delivery is available on most Orlando-area projects.

What cadences do you offer?

Weekly (most common for active construction), bi-weekly (mid-stage projects), and monthly (long-tail or low-intensity projects). We can also do single-visit progress captures.

What is the cost of progress monitoring?

Per-visit pricing starts at $375/visit on a recurring schedule. Monthly retention is $1,200/month and includes weekly or bi-weekly visits. The more visits you book, the lower the per-visit rate.

Can you add orthomosaics to a progress visit?

Yes. Orthophoto mapping can be added to any progress visit, producing a top-down, scaled, north-up image of the entire site at that point in time. Useful for site-wide planning, stakeouts, and as-built verification.

Do you handle lender draws and bank reporting?

Yes. Each progress visit produces a dated, geo-tagged photo set that can be packaged with your draw request. Lenders and construction loan servicers get a clean, auditable record of progress.

Are you FAA-certified and insured?

Yes. FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, OSHA-10, $1M aviation liability, 500+ flight hours. We carry the same certifications and insurance that commercial clients and their lenders expect.

Do you handle active construction sites safely?

Yes. OSHA-10 certified, $1M insured, full jobsite safety briefing before any flight. We coordinate with site supervisors, stay clear of crews and equipment, and follow all jobsite-specific protocols.
