Skyland Pixels is a Florida-based construction documentation company. We provide aerial photography, time-lapse, and 3D modeling services to commercial general contractors, developers, and owners across Central and North Florida.
Why we started this
Construction projects are some of the most complex, time-sensitive, capital-intensive operations on the planet. Every day, hundreds of decisions get made on a jobsite, and most of them happen without a third-party observer.
That creates a documentation gap. Owners want to know what's happening with their money. Lenders want proof of progress for draws. GCs want defensible records when subs dispute work. Insurance wants pre-existing condition baselines.
Aerial documentation fills that gap. It's faster than ground surveys, more accurate than human memory, and produces a record that can be shared with anyone who needs to know what happened on a jobsite, when, and how.
