What Is Monthly Progress Monitoring

Monthly progress monitoring is the right cadence for long-tail or low-intensity projects. We visit the site once per month, capture the current state, and deliver a written report with dated, geo-tagged photos.

Monthly is also the right cadence for projects where the site is active but the documentation is supporting a different decision: investor reporting, board updates, or annual compliance reviews. We coordinate with the project team to make sure the visits support the actual reporting cadence.

How Monthly Progress Monitoring Works

Once per month: we visit the site on a fixed schedule, once per month. The visit is scheduled in advance and rescheduled only for weather.

48-hour photo report: every visit produces a stakeholder-ready PDF with dated and geo-tagged photos, a written narrative of what changed since the last visit, and the raw image archive.

Private share link: each visit is delivered to a private share link, accessible to the GC, the owner, the lender, and any other stakeholders the project team designates.
