Request a Project AssessmentWhat Is Bi-Weekly Progress Monitoring
Bi-weekly progress monitoring is the right cadence for mid-stage projects or sites with a slower build pace. We visit the site every other week, capture the current state, and deliver a written report with dated, geo-tagged photos.
Bi-weekly is also the right cadence for projects where the GC team is doing their own weekly site visits and the external documentation is needed at a different cadence. We coordinate with the GC team to make sure the visits are complementary, not redundant.
How Bi-Weekly Progress Monitoring Works
Every other week: we visit the site on a fixed schedule, every other week. The visit is scheduled in advance and rescheduled only for weather.
48-hour photo report: every visit produces a stakeholder-ready PDF with dated and geo-tagged photos, a written narrative of what changed since the last visit, and the raw image archive.
Private share link: each visit is delivered to a private share link, accessible to the GC, the owner, the lender, and any other stakeholders the project team designates.
